24kV 250A screened electrical elbow cable connector
I. Application and Function:
250A screened separable elbow cable connector is designed to connect 12, 17.5 and 24 kV polymeric insulated cable to 250A deadbreak apparatus bushing that meets DIN47636 Standard of MV equipments, such as PT, transformers, switchgears, ring main unit etc.
II. Characteristics:
i. Fully insulated, fully sealed and fully screened structure, no require for operating distance
ii. Insulating layer between the Conductive insert and the Conductive jacket is injection molded, which ensured perfect insulating property.
iii. Synchronized manufacturing technique and EPDM prescription with America
iii. Importing rubber material from America

III. Size: Sections from 35 up to 120 mm²
IV. Material: The main material of the Cable Connectors is EPDM rubber.
Characteristics of EPDM: Withstand the bad weather, anti-aging, perfect electric insulativity and anti chemical corrosion.
V. Applied Standard: DIN47636,IEC 60502 and GB 12706 etc.
VI. Rigorous, systematic Quality Control
i. Design and production quality system has been certified as being in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008
ii. Each process has the quality testing work, the following process to check the before process work and record it which make the possibility to track the full manufacture.
iii. Each product should pass the strictly test of insulating resistance, AC withstand voltage, partial discharge and other electrical characteristic tests before leaving the factory.
iv. After milled, we will apply the vulka-meter to test the rubber’s properties, such as vulcanizing property, hardness etc. Different products should use rubber with different hardness.
v. We have to test all the inner properties of the rubber each month and when we purchase from new suppliers. The properties include, ultimate tensile strength,Elongation at Break,tearing strength etc.
vi. Before applying the insulating rubber, the samples will be done withstand resistance test to ensure the correct of the applying rubber.
VII. Experience
13 years experience of 250A screened separable elbow cable connector more than 100,000 pcs have been used locally and abroad. The products occupied 32 provincial administrative areas and provided products for numbers of transnational corporationslocally. What’s more, they had been exported to Korea, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Brazil etc.
