I. Application and Function: Separable Elbow Connector is a fully shielded, molded rubber connector. It is designed to connect polymeric insulated cable to MV equipments, such as Transformers, Switchgears,Junction Enclosure etc. Also connects cable to cable, using the appropriate mating part. Section area is from 35 up to 120 mm2. II. Characteristics: i  The thick conductive EPDM jacket provides a total safe to touch screen which ensures safety for personnel. ii  Each Elbow connector is tested for AC withstand and partial discharge prior to leaving the factory. iii. After milled, we will apply the vulka-meter to test the rubber’s properties, such as vulcanizing property, hardness etc. Different products should use rubber with different hardness. v. We have to test all the inner properties of the rubber each month and when we purchase from new suppliers. The properties include, ultimate tensile strength,Elongation at Break,tearing strength etc.vi. Before applying the insulating rubber, the samples will be done withstand resistance test to ensure the correct of the applying rubber. VIII. Experience13 years experience of Eruo-type Deadbreak Elbow Connector and more than 200,000 pcs have been used locally and abroad.
